Thursday night and Rio
1. Atlanta's 35-14 Thursday night win at Lambeau Field ended Green Bay's run of 13 straight home-opener wins, which shared the NFL record. Which team also won 13 home openers in a row, from 1976 to 1988?＋
Miami Dolphins. Green Bay's last home-opener loss had been 30-22 to the 49ers in 2012. Bijan Robinson ran for 194 yards and Drake London caught nine passes for 194 as Kevin Stefanski won his first game as Falcons head coach.
2. The NFL's first regular-season game in Rio de Janeiro ended on a walk-off at the Maracanã, as Tyler Loop's field goal gave the Ravens a 34-31 win over the Cowboys. How long was the kick?＋
56 yards. Lamar Jackson hit Zay Flowers for 27 yards and called timeout with 1 second left to set it up. Derrick Henry ran for two touchdowns and passed Eric Dickerson for ninth on the NFL's career rushing list.

3. Jaxon Smith-Njigba caught 10 passes for 128 yards and two touchdowns at Washington, becoming only the second player with 120+ receiving yards and a TD catch in each of his team's first three games. Which Hall of Famer did it first, in 1989?＋
Jerry Rice. Seattle still lost 33-31. Backup linebacker Kain Medrano's 50-yard pick-six with 3:57 left snapped the defending champions' 12-game winning streak, and Marcus Mariota threw three touchdown passes filling in for Jayden Daniels.
4. Josh Allen ran for two touchdowns in Buffalo's 24-16 win over the Chargers, his third straight game with at least two. Only one other quarterback in NFL history has done that, for the 1961 49ers. Who?＋
Billy Kilmer. He ran for 2, 2 and 4 touchdowns in three straight games in 1961. Buffalo won despite five turnovers, its first win with five or more giveaways since beating the Colts 37-35 in 1997.
5. Pittsburgh's 30-27 win over Cincinnati made Aaron Rodgers and his head coach just the seventh QB-coach duo to reach 100 regular-season wins together. Who is the coach, reunited with Rodgers from their Green Bay days?＋
Mike McCarthy. The pair won Super Bowl XLV together, beating the Steelers 31-25. It was also Rodgers' 165th win as a regular-season starter, tying Ben Roethlisberger for fifth-most since 1950.
6. Denver's Talanoa Hufanga returned a Matthew Stafford pass 66 yards for a touchdown on Sunday Night Football. It was Stafford's 33rd regular-season pick-six, an NFL record. Whose old mark of 32 did he break?＋
Brett Favre. Hufanga also sealed Denver's 30-26 comeback from 16-0 down at halftime with an end-zone interception with 2 seconds left. Earlier, Stafford became the first QB to throw for 20,000 yards with two different teams.

7. The 49ers opened the scoring in their 36-30 win over Arizona with a hook-and-ladder: Brock Purdy to Mike Evans, who pitched it to Deebo Samuel for an 82-yard touchdown. Samuel finished with 80 receiving yards. How many catches did he have?＋
Zero. Evans got credit for the catch and Samuel got the yards after the lateral, so Samuel set an NFL record for receiving yards in a game without a reception, topping Eagles running back Timmy Brown's 65 in 1961. San Francisco is 3-0.

Monday night
10. Third-string QB Case Keenum, 38, led the Bears past the Eagles 27-7 on Monday night in his first start in 1,009 days. The win made him the second quarterback ever to win starts for seven different NFL teams. Who was the first?＋
Ryan Fitzpatrick. Keenum went 24 of 34 for 247 yards with two touchdown passes and ran for another score with Caleb Williams out with a hamstring injury. His previous start was for Houston on Christmas Eve 2023.
