Missed Bats: Career Strikeouts

Two legendary arms, one career total. Call higher or lower before strike three.

How it works

  1. 1. You're shown one career strikeouts total, then a challenger.
  2. 2. Guess whether the challenger's number is higher ⬆ or lower ⬇.
  3. 3. Get it right and your streak grows. One wrong guess ends the run.

About Missed Bats: Career Strikeouts

Missed Bats: Career Strikeouts is a free higher-or-lower streak game built on career strikeouts (real figures, official MLB career totals accessed July 10, 2026). Two legendary arms, one career total. Call higher or lower before strike three.

The format is an endless chain: one name is shown with its real number, a challenger appears with its number hidden, and you call higher or lower. A right call makes the challenger your new baseline; one wrong call ends the run. This board is rated Hard, and punch out a 15+ streak.

Some of the names waiting in the pool are listed below. Their numbers stay hidden, because guessing them is the game.

How to play

  1. Start the run: the left card shows a name with its real career strikeouts.
  2. The right card shows a challenger with the number hidden. Call HIGHER or LOWER.
  3. A correct call reveals the number, grows your streak, and slides the challenger into the baseline spot.
  4. One miss ends the run. Your best streak is the score to beat.
