About NFL Player Picker

NFL Player Picker is a free deduce-the-mystery-player game: one hidden name from a pool of 255, unlimited guesses, and a clue board that tells you exactly how close each guess ran. Guess the mystery NFL star. Every guess reveals how close you are on position, division, team, age, and Madden rating.

Every guess lights up the clue columns, categorical matches in one color, warmer-or-colder dials for the numeric clues, so each wrong name still narrows the field. The board is rated Moderate (data: Madden NFL 26 OVR snapshot). Five clues, unlimited guesses. How few can you do it in?

The clue columns you will reason with are listed below. The mystery player, obviously, is not.

How to play

1. Search any player from the pool and lock in a guess.
2. Each clue column shows how your guess compares to the mystery player.
3. Numeric dials point warmer or colder; categorical columns confirm exact and near matches.
4. Find the player in as few guesses as you can and share how few you needed.

The clue columns on this board

• Position: Green = exact spot. Yellow = same position group.
• Division: Green = same division. Yellow = same conference.
• Team: Green only when it's the exact franchise.
• Age: Arrow points toward the mystery player's age.
• OVR: Video-game overall rating — arrow points toward the answer.
